Meet the SGA (Lauren Novsak)

Hello friends! My name is Lauren Novsak and I am the Sophomore Class Representative. I am a Business Communication major from Cape May Court House, NJ. I was in SGA in high school serving as Class President but it was not until college where I truly fell in love with Student Government and understood all the work we can do. Student Government is the voice of the students on campus and we spend hours debating and talking through problems, solutions, and the impact our work may have on the Stevenson community. I love working with different groups on campus, but the Student Government may be my favorite group of all. We have the ability to work hard and be serious but we also have the ability to laugh with (and at each other). When I say, I love my SGA I really do mean it and I believe my fellow E-Board members will back me up on that.

Other than SGA, I am involved in ’47 House, I have an on campus job, and I am a Resident Assistant in the First Year Area. I love the beach and have grown up on the water my whole life. I also love traveling, hiking, cooking, cheering on the Mustangs, and hanging out with friends and family. I hope to see you at our General Student Body Meetings!
